YMX by Yellowman sent me one of their tank tops for review – I liked the feel and fit of it so much that I immediately ordered another one! Below is a video where you can see more of it – and where I reenact the one good scene in 2008’s “Death Race”
YMX sent me the Infinite Phoenix Tank to review and try out – and I am seriously impressed with it. It’s so light weight you’ll forget you’re wearing it, and the aptly named “MadCool” fabric is soft to the touch, holds vibrant patterns well, stretches to fit flatteringly, and even has 30+ UV protection! The craftsmanship this tank is consistant with fine clothing – the seams are serged with strong and stretchy wooly nylon, and the expertly turned facings are chainstitched in very much the same way – the look is gorgeous, functional and sturdy. And yes – after wearing and washing it several times, the shirt is still as fabulous as when I received it via FedEx. So of course I ordered another one. For all of you guys hounding me to “wear more colors” I found a really nice design in dark red which you’ll be seeing on me very soon.
Yes, they are on the somewhat “pricey” side of workout wear, but considering the construction details this should be around to “play” for quite a while… besides, I’m happy to have something a little “different” to wear finally. These tops are cool enough to wear out and about too – many of the designs are not the typical “workout clothes.” Going to order more over time since this Florida Summer is seeming like it might get brutal.
