Product Review: Click and Grow Smart Garden 27

March 19, 2023 By Adrienne Harvey Leave a Comment

Smart Garden growing pak choi, tomatoes and rosemary

First, please understand that I have been enjoying Click and Grow Smart Gardens for now a little over two years! In that time, I've managed to grow all of the fresh herbs and most of my own salad greens. As we all know, there's this phenomenon when buying cilantro and other delicate fresh herbs - we use as much as the dish(es) call for and then the rest of it magically turns … [Read more...] about Product Review: Click and Grow Smart Garden 27

A Year of Click and Grow Indoor Gardening

Click and Grow Indoor Garden Full Year Experience Blog Post

What is Indoor Gardening / Hydroponics? In the course of learning about how to best care for the plants and the smart gardens, I've accidentally on purpose gotten curious about … [Read more...] about A Year of Click and Grow Indoor Gardening

After being thwarted in efforts to purchase a blender bottle last night at Whole Foods, I decided - why not try and find a small wire whisk that will fit well into the tall glasses I already have. I really don't enjoy … [Read more...] about Best Standard French Whip – Light Design 8 Inch

Hario Skerton Coffee Grinder (Manual)

February 20, 2012 By Adrienne Harvey Leave a Comment

Coffee Grinder

I love this stupid little thing.  It even makes really good espresso grounds.   The hand crank means your ears are never assaulted by that terrible high pitched grinding whine of a coffee grinder first thing in the morning.  Sit there and half-asleep turn the crank slowly and there's barely a sound at all as the beans are precisely crushed between the ceramic grooved disks.  … [Read more...] about Hario Skerton Coffee Grinder (Manual)

Reusable Produce Bags from Flip and Tumble

January 16, 2012 By Adrienne Leave a Comment

I have the Williams Sonoma version of these incredibly useful bags - which came with a small nylon carrying bag - they all fit inside when folded and you can take it with you to the farmer's market or tucked inside a reusable shopping bag for when you go to the regular grocery store.  No more of those obnoxious plastic produce bags gunking up the crisper drawer!  No more … [Read more...] about Reusable Produce Bags from Flip and Tumble
