
We started with our Primal Move warm up then…..
3 rounds of:
- 20 kettlebell swings – 2 arm or alternating 1 arm swings (choices!)
- 5 kettlebell rows on each side
- 10 Spiderman push ups (or regular or kneeling – work at your level and no matter what, make that form flawless)
- 10 kettlebell snatches per side
Following a brief break and explanation of the next few exercises, we did the following for time – as in “as many good form reps/rounds as possible” in about 12 minutes.
- 3 per side kettlebell long press (everyone used a kettlebell at least 2kg heavier than one they could press for reps
- 30 Battling Rope “up downs”
- 10 Alternating step-back lunges (with kettlebell held at chest)
We concluded the workout with more Primal Move and of course more enjoyment of the weather!
