We did it! We stayed on the schedule (so far). The goal is to put out a podcast every other week on a Thursday so here we go! This podcast’s theme is books that we’re reading (which are not necessarily directly related to health/fitness). There’s three people talking this time, myself (Adrienne of GiryaGirl.com) with co-host Dr. Chad Eldridge, and we had call in guest Chris Flores join us for the first portion of the show.
