Bonus Episode!

This is the first in a series of 4 bonus episodes loosely focused on topics related to the SCC (Strength Calisthenics Certification) and HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Certification) workshop combo that Mike and I will be leading on June 11th and 12th in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  This will be the first ever combo workshop weekend for the SCC/HKC, and if you register for both, you’ll save $, if you register for both before April 30th, you’ll save even more.  Mike’s facility, CrossFit Koncepts is absolutely ideal for BOTH workshops and I really look forward to teaching there again.
