About a year ago, a friend told me about liposomal vitamin C. Though I thought the whole thing sounded a bit strange, as some of you already know, I’m more than happy to try strange new healthy lifestyle things. Having tried intravenous vitamin C a while back to knock out a cold before having to fly again, I was curious to seek out alternatives.
While I feel like that was very effective, it was about $150 and unfortunately a family member was scrolling though social media, didn’t read anything for context and ended up completely freaking out the rest of the family. So, that was an interesting conversation… “No, I’m totally fine! I wasn’t in the hospital… Seriously, it was a med spa, there’s chandeliers and in the next room some guy in a Tommy Bahama shirt was getting his forehead Botoxed…”
Fortunately, I heard about Liposomal Vitamin C. When I feel a little stuffy and it’s not crazy pollen time, I go and take some. If I get a bruise or feel a little run down, I go and take some. When I accidentally launched myself off of an overpowered electric kick scooter (long story) I took a LOT of it and healed up remarkably fast.
So, yes, I’m a fan. And I’ve tried a lot of different brands too. While I like Board Room Organics’ product the best, I use the foil pouch version from LivOn when I travel. I always have a few in my travel bag.
Here’s an article from a doctor about Board Room Organics Liposomal Vitamin C.
