In a weird edition of “who wore it better” I present my recorded cryotherapy live stream archive video alongside a report from the Denver Broncos, one of the many pro teams out there who also use cryotherapy for recovery.
It’s a funny, fun weird thing to do and I have my fifth session on Tuesday, and plan to share a little more about the how and why at that point as well. This post is a placeholder to remind me to do that, and to wish you a happy Super Bowl Sunday which seems to be putting itself up there as another one of the “Great American Holidays”. I overheard three teen girls in the park talking excitedly about their friend bringing some chips and queso… and how much trouble he’d be in if he forgot. Fortunately for him he remembered, and was greeted happily instead of being ripped to shreds before kickoff. If you are in danger of being ripped to shreds, please click here to see two emergency quick guacamole recipes to bribe your friends and family with… if you for some reason forgot to bring something.
NOW… here’s my cryo experiment (un edited, this is the whole session) and afterwards the ESPN report (notice how much more of the football players bodies are up and out of the cryosauna than me! and I’m standing on the highest steps they have in there!!)
