Think you don’t need parkour? Think you’re too old to learn? Think again!
Ryland Lanagan, PCC Instructor and founder of OG Parkour has designed a new 10 day intensive for ADULT beginners – and it starts LIVE on January 24th.
While I don’t have aspirations of competing or going nuts with parkour, I do want the basics in my movement vocabulary—and a way to practice the right basic moves.
Parkour teaches safe ways to land, get over/around obstacles, roll, and how to decelerate yourself. As someone who plans to stay VERY active throughout a long and healthy life, these are skills I need!
Stunts aside, training to be more coordinated, mobile, strong, and SAFE on life’s adventures is extremely important to me – and Ryland has put together a 10 day deep intro to these concepts and more.
I’ve already signed up, and while I might not be able to attend all the live sessions (my schedule is bananas), there’s replay access and has set up a dedicated Facebook group for further discussion.
