As soon as I’m able to form things called “words” and “sentences” more betterer [sic] then I’ll have a WHOLE lot to say about the past few days. The first ever PCC Workshop in Sweden exceeded all expectations–especially the incredible skills and ambition of the attendees. Everyone was a friend–it was like we had already known each other for years (not even because of Facebook). And being around so many skilled athletes, instructors, and enthusiasts is just pretty much the best thing in the world (IMHO). Add in an extremely thoughtful, prepared, and all around super fun guy, Fredrik Hogstrom of Kettlebell Center (which is such a fun gym that even while jet lagged, sleep deprived and down about 1,000 calories, I was COMPELLED to play with the giant pegboard, stall bars, 2″ battling rope, kettlebells, and pull up bars too…) Anyhow, this has got to be one of my all time TOP trips overseas, and we were made to feel so welcome that I often forgot that I was even in a “foreign” country. Thank you to everyone and I can’t wait to see what all the new PCC Instructors and soon-to-be PCC Instructors (looking forward to your training questions and videos) do with their new found skills, knowledge, and friendships 🙂 I’m so grateful to be involved with this program, and to be able to work with so many talented and fun people from all over the world!
To get a little of the idea of the trip home (over 26hrs total travel time) and the related goofiness, check out my recent Instagram photos… 🙂
