How to Adjust the Audio Volume on the Dragon Door Isochain!

November 7, 2020 By Adrienne Leave a Comment

In some cases people have figured this out by accident, and I wish the instructions in the sheet that shipped with the units was more detailed – but here’s a little video showing exactly what to do to change the audio volume level on your Dragon Door Isochain – I’ve also written it out below the video in case you’re not up for watching a video. Also, the Isochain Preorder is about to ship out, but there’s still time to get in on the deal (but not for long).

Step 1: Power on the Isochain and wait for it to initialize

Step 2: Press and HOLD the little button with the “kettlebell” on it (when just pressed for a second this toggles the Isochain between displaying pounds or kilograms)

Step 3: After the number (which will be something between 0 and 5) appears on the screen, use the up-down arrows to adjust the volume to your liking. I would suggest keeping it at at least “3”. If you put it to zero then it will be silent which will negate a lot of the benefits of having the audio sounds (so that you don’t crane around trying to see the screen during an exercise… OUCH!). Besides, I’d hate to see you rob yourself of the satisfaction of “the beeps” that Dan John describes in his awesome new article on Isochain Training

Step 4: Wait a few seconds for the volume number to flash – that’s how you know that it’s saved in the memory.

Step 5: Proceed with your workout.  By the way, here’s how I’m using the Isochain in my training
