Black Belt Balm

Really unique alternative to popular and often highly chemically based sore muscle rubs out there.   It’s good to have one that you don’t have to “worry” about the ingedients being something horrible that might eat your skin off overnight.   Black Belt Balm is apparently made in small batches, comes in these handy little tins that are easy enough to throw into your gym bag, or small enough even for a purse.   Arnica—a long time old friend of mine—is one of the main effective ingredients, and can cut down on bruise healing time (does with me at least!) too.   Be wary of the cayenne ingredient – while it helps and is stimulating, please wash your hands carefully after applying the balm or unpleasant painful eye-rubbing problems may occur.   In short, Black Belt Balm is a nice gentle mild pain releaver for after-sports or lifting.   I’ll definitely continue using it on particularly challenging training days!
