2011 has been a big year – I finally accomplished some very far-reaching personal goals, and have been moving slowly but surely forward. 2012 holds a lot of promise I think – and hopefully the same is true for you. As mentioned in the Challenges vs Resolutions post, I’ve chosen a particular exercise challenge – and then was further motivated to add the 21 Day Sugar Detox to the mix (one of my highly motivated and super awesome clients is doing it – and we’re going to try it together. That should be a lot of fun and I’m actually really psyched). If you want, we’re starting the 21 Day Sugar Detox on Monday. On Monday, we may actually sneak a small camera along when my client and I visit a local grocery store to discuss supplies, yea and nay on food items, etc. for the challenge. Should be fun as we’re both a little wacky.
FYI – I’m doing the Level 3 version of the Detox combined with the next few weeks’ of Pavel’s Force Recon workout plan. This past week has been really good as I already started it and have had a ton of fun with it. I even wrote a scaled back version of one of the days for my small group class. They did it on Wednesday and I can tell it was a good one for them. I’ll write it out for you at some point today.
