The Starter Pantry/Grocery List

You should be able to make most of the recipes listed here and in the Primal Blueprint cookbook if you have a lot of these basics around – you may need to purchase fresh meat/produce on occasion of course!

Dry Goods/Pantry:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Canned Salmon (I am partial to Bumble Bee Red Alaskan Wild Salmon 14.5oz can)
  • Coconut Flour (Tropical Traditions or Bob’s Red Mill both make excellent choices)
  • Pickles
  • Coconut Milk

Fresh/Refrigerated Items:

  • Farm Fresh Eggs
  • Organic Uncured Bacon
  • Grass fed local ground beef
  • Kale
  • Fennel
  • Mixed Greens, Romaine Lettuce, etc
  • Napa Cabbage, Red Cabbage
  • Broccoli

Spices, Seasonings, etc

  • Favorite Hot Sauces
  • Penzey’s Spices Turkish Seasoning Blend
  • Favorite Mustards (I am a mustard collecting weirdo)
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Tellicherry Black Peppercorns (in grinder if you wish)
