You should be able to make most of the recipes listed here and in the Primal Blueprint cookbook if you have a lot of these basics around – you may need to purchase fresh meat/produce on occasion of course!
Dry Goods/Pantry:
- Coconut Oil
- Canned Salmon (I am partial to Bumble Bee Red Alaskan Wild Salmon 14.5oz can)
- Coconut Flour (Tropical Traditions or Bob’s Red Mill both make excellent choices)
- Pickles
- Coconut Milk
Fresh/Refrigerated Items:
- Farm Fresh Eggs
- Organic Uncured Bacon
- Grass fed local ground beef
- Kale
- Fennel
- Mixed Greens, Romaine Lettuce, etc
- Napa Cabbage, Red Cabbage
- Broccoli
Spices, Seasonings, etc
- Favorite Hot Sauces
- Penzey’s Spices Turkish Seasoning Blend
- Favorite Mustards (I am a mustard collecting weirdo)
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Tellicherry Black Peppercorns (in grinder if you wish)
