So… the game plan is to do more of these Podcasts, and seeing as I’ve basically found a cool local co-host with a nice quiet office nearby you might be hearing from both of us on the semi-regular if things work out well (and you like the shows).

The range of topics discussed is VAST, but there’s more than a couple chuckles, and plenty of (we hope) helpful, motivating, info. Not to mention plenty of admissions of personal failings and what we did to get past it to move on to greater triumphs!
Since the last podcast offering, I’ve managed to do some more research and listen to more podcasts that I like (well… they haven’t always been on fitness topics… to tell you the truth they’ve usually been comedy–a favorite during chores–and general info/fascinating stuff). I hope all my “research” has done more than give me dish-soap hands, we shall see. Let me know what you think–and what you think about the longer format. When Chad and I get a conversation rolling, there’s not much that can stop it (except maybe server space and bandwidth?? Oh geez… I am so afraid).
