I’ve got some other related products here to review – so stay tuned – and yeah, its ALL GOOD seriously… yum.
As part of a New Year’s gift, I included a couple sticks of Ostrim in each gift bag – I’d tell you what else was in the bags, but you’d be envious. There are a lot of extra perks for people who train with me – trying new snacks is a big one! ANYHOW – I recently found out that one of my clients liked the Ostrim jerky so much that she went on to GNC.com and bought quite a bit – here’s what she had to say:
“Thank you soooo much for introducing me to Ostrim! My favorite is the teriyaki flavored beef & ostrich jerky. I ordered 4 boxes! I always keep some in my purse. It’s a great on-the-run snack, for me and the kids like it too. It doesn’t melt, it doesn’t get smooshed in my purse, it doesn’t go bad, and it’s filling and tasty!!! I also bring it along on my bike rides instead of granola bars – it has staying power! I keep a box at work too to keep me away from the vending machine in the late afternoon. We actually liked all of the flavors – the turkey is really good too!!! I think we will hit GNC this weekend and stock up on a variety of flavors. So much tastier than a Slim Jim! And actually made from real meat as opposed to whatever that stuff is.” -Connie
*Sordid story of the “jerky stink” which you will totally avoid with Ostrim: many years ago, when I was not so picky about my travel snacks, I took a road trip with a friend – finding that a new flavor of beef jerky of a brand I will not name was on sale, I decided to buy it. After opening a can of red bull and the bag of jerky together, the car filled with this bizarre frat-house-like odor, minus the stale beer and dirty socks smell (sorry guys, you know it’s true). She rolled down the car windows and forbade me to eat that combination of “food items” in an enclosed space again. Have to say I agree with her on that one.
