This question is directed at Adrienne, but anybody is more than welcome to jump in!
To what extent, if at all, do you concern yourself with portion sizes or caloric density when you eat? From the sounds of things, for as small as you are, you eat pretty hearty (which is awesome).
I’m curious, because I’m hoping to find a way to not be hungry all the time. I’m lean, but I say ‘no’ to myself a lot- I have an appetite, which if unleashed, would be the grocery store equivalent of the apocalypse.
[I follow low-carb/primal type eating habits, but I still don’t dare eat til I’m full >.>]
