What you were waiting for… The Bowling Ball Incident….

As promised…. Strongman legend, Bud Jeffries dropping a bowling ball on me!  Don’t try this at home, I do extensive direct (hanging leg raises, flag progressions/regressions) and indirect (kettlebell, etc) abdominal training, so I can really brace very hard.  Oddly enough this was actually kind of fun in a weird way.   The bowling ball weighs 16lbs…

If for some reason you think I’m obnoxious or something, you can bookmark this video and laugh now and in the future! 🙂 HANDY, huh?! I have SO MUCH to write for you guys this week… it’s seriously exciting.   In the mean time, you really should check out Bud’s REAL WORLD fat loss book – I Will Be Iron.  It’s not a frou frou sissy plan, but it’s a plan that will literally work for anyone.   I spent a lot of time this past weekend picking Bud’s brain about all kinds of things, and having read the book, I can tell you – this is the real deal.   If you’re tired of the cutesy approach to fitness, and just want to get some work done, check out I Will Be Iron
