As promised…. Strongman legend, Bud Jeffries dropping a bowling ball on me! Don’t try this at home, I do extensive direct (hanging leg raises, flag progressions/regressions) and indirect (kettlebell, etc) abdominal training, so I can really brace very hard. Oddly enough this was actually kind of fun in a weird way. The bowling ball weighs 16lbs…
