We certainly “Pushed the Limits” that day for sure… and later at dinner! One of the great things about bodyweight exercise that I love so much is the fact that you DON’T need anything specialized to do it – no gym memberships, or special outfits even. With good judgment and a lot of creativity, the world can be your gym – my neighbhorhood has become mine. The other great thing about this book is that similar to Convict Conditioning, it starts at the very beginning and then shows how the complete progression can lead to incredible feats of bodyweight strength (like the 1 arm plyometric pushup you see Al demonstrating on the cover… I’ve seen his plyo exercises in real life – and its hard to believe your eyes sometimes!!)
