Just realized that this website is actually 10 years old! WOW! THAT happened fast… I just sent my distance client a “Jingle Kettlebells” workout for this week then realized that I needed to share some of the Christmas and holiday posts on here. Still in the process of improving the navigation and categories on here, so it was a good excuse to put them all in one place today – that and my flight to visit family was delayed for a couple of hours. Oof! I am sure they’ll just be thrilled to enjoy my enthusiastic personality fueled by this UNLIMITED COFFEE, espresso, and lattes here in the Delta Skyclub where I’ve parked myself since 7:30AM… BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAHHHAAAHHHAHAH DID YOU MISS ME?? DID YOU? (they might lock me outta the house at this rate, I should start pacing myself…)
