There’s not a lot of truth in the phrase “Circle of Vom” as it seemed to have the opposite effect on my workout partner… she showed up wobbly from a super stressful week but afterwards was feeling better than ever. I hope this workout has the same effect on you if you try it!
Warm up with Joint Mobility
3x Rounds:
- 1/1 Get-ups, at the top, do three presses! (use a moderate weight kettlebell – I used 16kg)
6x Rounds:
- 20x Kettlebell swings (choose a different kettlebell each round we used 48kg, 10kg, 20kg, 32kg, 14kg – you also have the option to do 10x double kettlebell swings)
- 5x Tire flips
- 15 Strict Push-ups
- Crow for time
