  • Great supplement to the first book, fills in "the gaps" of many modern programs
  • Same no-nonsense approach, minimal equipment needed
  • Each step in each progression broken out and explained with the handy chart at the end of each chapter
  • Several game-changers for me
  • Lots of helpful pictures
  • Manly-man writing and metaphors make me feel like I've once again infiltrated the boys' clubhouse.  FORBIDDEN FRUIT! YES!
Cons: 
  • Again, if you can't get over the prison-metaphor or pictures of guys with tattoos demonstrating the exercises, then this book is not for you
  • Can be somewhat overwhelming
  • Definitely written by and for men - women will need to keep an open mind!!
