It seemed appropriate to write a *Deluxe Version* of the what "I'm reading section" this time. And not just because I've been lagging on updating it. Apologies are certainly in order since I have missed several months and of course have kept reading during those times. Since I also moved to the next town over, I have all the most recent reads with me in "current books" boxes as … [Read more...] about What I’m Reading Updates, Conferences, Masterminds, Meeting Authors, Building a Team and More

The FUTURE of Personal Training… Podcast with Rolando Garcia III, Author of Intrinsic Excellence
I've been friends with Rolando Garcia III for a while now, and we seem to have a fun tradition of meeting up for lunch and having great discussions whenever I visit NYC. While we decided to spare you the restaurant noises, we didn't want to deprive you of a podcast. Considering that Rolando's book launched just a few days ago, it seemed more than appropriate to get this … [Read more...] about The FUTURE of Personal Training… Podcast with Rolando Garcia III, Author of Intrinsic Excellence

This is a pattern I keep seeing in people who are experiencing success in their life and/or business—a genuine … [Read more...] about Some Observations About the Recent Interview with Tom Davin, CEO of 5.11 Tactical, Primal Move, and Flexible Steel
Orlando HKC Experience – Helping Out, Testing, and More! (Part 2)
We came back from lunch and promptly started back in on the Get Up. I really love the get up - at first, waaaay back when (a couple years ago or more) I was first learning it, I thought it was actually very overwhelming. It seemed awkward and unnecessarily confusing, and somehow (now I have no idea how I was doing this) I'd always end up facing the opposite direction. … [Read more...] about Orlando HKC Experience – Helping Out, Testing, and More!
