6th assignment!

A friend stopped by to check in the other day and to discuss her current dietary strategy and how to improve it. The great news is that she’s lost almost 6lbs of body fat in 1 month of sporatically attending my small group classes while eating the Personal Trainer Food “Plan 1” breakfast-lunch-dinner-2-snacks (not even too strictly… grrrrrrr) this past 28 days. The other great news is that she looks and feels better already — and that’s just after 28 days. So, no matter what your particular strategy is, stick to it! The reason I bring it up is that I don’t often have guests (if at all) and she was fairly boggled by my book collection… in addition to nearly the entire Dragon Door catalog of books and DVDs I have paperbacks and hardcovers on just about every topic, dubious and otherwise–including some vintage 1980s “women’s workout” books with some of the most hilariously inappropriate workout attire you’ve ever seen.
Today’s assignment. Please take an instagram picture of your favorite exercise or fitness related book with the proper tags as outlined in the instructions and post it in the Disqus comments below. Get creative, but remember, simple is awesome too.
