3rd assignment time!

Sorry for skipping last week- I heard that certain parties were actually fairly upset by this. Not to ego trip, but it’s great to know that you all care so much… or is it that you really really want to win the very great prize, the Beyond Organic Gift of Health as described in the official rules page. It is a great prize – in fact, it is so good that I sent one to my Mom on Mother’s Day as part of her present!
With that in mind, I’m starting today’s contest assignment a little early, so you have a few extra hours.
Please take an instagram picture of your favorite kettlebell or bodyweight short routine or circuit. Have it written out (your choice of writing implement and “paper” but don’t break any laws, please) and snap an instagram photo of it. Get creative, but remember, much like kettlebell workouts it can be simple too. Feel free to tell us why it’s the favorite (practical and/or sentimental reasons are both valid) Above all, remember to follow the instructions as linked above so that your entry counts!
