It might look cute but… it’s not for beginners!
Each time an egg is found, check the chart and put in some reps. Feel free to swap the burpees for another power move like a few tire flips, a sled push, etc.
Be sure you don’t hide too many eggs…
We plan to hide 4 per color so that the totals come to 40 burpees, 20 per side kettlebell presses, 60 kettlebell swings (we’re going heavy ish, probably a choice of 26kg, 28kg, and 32kg), 40 step back lunges, 4x double 24kg kettlebell farmer carries, and 40 goblet squats (choice of 14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg kettlebells).
