Fun with the new Convict Conditioning Push Up DVD and Manual Set… and Tiger Bend Push Ups!

While I won’t be training on The Rock (Alcatraz) any time soon, it sure is a neat concept for the video…. can’t wait to see the other ones.   One day… ONE DAY I will do the one arm push up – 🙂
