- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 sea salt to taste
- 1 fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make life easier... line the cookie sheet with a piece of baking parchment, cleanup becomes trivially easy at that point. A half-size cookie sheet is just big enough for 1 lb of green beans, but a full size one will make for even crispier results!
- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans. Dry the green beans with a clean dish towel then add them to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and pepper (don't hold back) then toss everything together to coat the green beans with the oil and seasonings.
- Place the green beans on the parchment lined cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for a total of 20-25 minutes, flipping the green beans halfway through (I use tongs for this) to make sure they cook evenly.
