By Katie Harrell,
I started training withwith Adrienne of GiryaGirl.com in May of 2011 when I lived in Florida. The bug bit me pretty hard. I have struggled with being heavy and out-of-shape for my entire life. Needless to say, the results of training have been extremely gratifying. Being a musician, I understand the importance of practice, and the concept is applicable to training.
