We're kicking off Saturday June 29th, 2013 from 9AM-12PM with a Systema Fundamentals class with Fred Mansfield, Jr.—an accomplished martial artist who has studied Systema with Vladimir Vasiliev and others since 2006. This 3 hour introductory seminar will focus on the basics of self defense and the core principles of Systema: breath, movement, relaxation, structure. Other topics covered will include striking, escape from grabs/holds, and moving in a frantic crowd.
On Sunday June 30th, 2013 I'm leading a 3 hour Primal Move Fundamentals class, which will give you a solid intro and understanding of the system and how to use it to enhance your workouts, sports performance, and life!
