Finally back to the last installment of the Orlando Recap! We further worked on the , with a troubleshooting section. People who felt like they had a problem somewhere with their volunteered to demo and have the participants and instructors help them improve their form. It's fun to watch this learning process even as a helper AND it's a great time to pick up or refine coaching cues and tools. Of course, the most important thing is to make sure that everyone stays safe. If someone is going heavier than normal, or isn't feeling quite confident with a new , it's important to learn how to spot someone in the .
Tracy's Success Story and Fitness Journey with Kettlebells, Dragon Door, and the 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge!
Adrienne: I met Tracy through giryagirl.com and twitter - and after she mentioned she was trying Josh Hillis's 21 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge, we started to converse more and more on twitter - Q&A, funny stories, recipes, encouragement etc. It's been a great time!! Anyhow, after she completed the challenge, I encouraged Tracy to write up her experience with it and to tell us about her fitness journey. Normally we hear a lot from trainers, fitness professionals, aspiring and , but I thought that it would be really interesting, valuable, and encouraging to share Tracy's story.
I observed and conducted interviews with some of the very top people in thehere at the Chicago - the first in the Chicago area. More importantly, this marks the 10 year anniversary of the certification program. Needless to say spirits are high and LOTS of learning is going on.
