One of the many reasons for this NYC trip was to meet up with some of the people I've been working with from a distance... and to talk them into podcasts when possible! Yesterday's meeting with Angelo Grinceri was a TON of fun. We’d already been babbling incessantly over Blue Bottle coffee, lamb salads, and Mast Brothers sheep’s milk chocolate–which was surprisingly and delightfully sheepy.
