Mega Podcast with Dr. Chad Eldridge, DC "The Movement Mechanic" - Goals, The Goonies, Kettlebell Swings and MORE!
So... the game plan is to do more of these Podcasts, and seeing as I've basically found a cool local co-host with a nice quiet office nearby you might be hearing from both of us on the semi-regular if things work out well (and you like the shows).
The range of topics discussed is VAST, but there's more than a couple chuckles, and plenty of (we hope) helpful, motivating, info. Not to mention plenty of admissions of personal failings and what we did to get past it to move on to greater triumphs!

Anyone who has trained with me knows - I am a STICKLER for correct exercise form - with everything, even simple exercises at boot camp (which annoys a few people... sorry but you're NOT injuring yourself on my watch), but especially withtraining. For one - performing and practicing the exercises correctly is safer and more beneficial to you, especially in the long term. Most of what people do daily in terms of movement seems to be habitually based - usually unconscious.
