We did it! We stayed on the schedule (so far). The goal is to put out a every other week on a Thursday so here we go! This 's theme is books that we're reading (which are not necessarily directly related to health/fitness). So... the game plan is to do more of these Podcasts, and seeing as I've basically found a cool local co-host with a nice quiet office nearby you might be hearing from both of us on the semi-regular if things work out well (and you like the shows).
The range of topics discussed is VAST, but there's more than a couple chuckles, and plenty of (we hope) helpful, motivating, info. Not to mention plenty of admissions of personal failings and what we did to get past it to move on to greater triumphs!
