Fantastic to be featured on the PCC blog again yesterday with an experiment that you may remember started here. I've detailed more of what happened and added two sample deload workouts. Be sure to also read the comments over there for some very fun Q+A, including a part where a top commenter over there and I have a fairly indepth discussion about signs and signals the body has when we are working on something that is neurologically intense.
Those of you who were following along last Weds/Thursday onand Youtube know that the journey out to the first ever Certification ( ) Workshop in the UK was a little bit.... challenging. The weather plus "waitng on equipment" had me scrambling to get canceled flights rebooked... then rebooked again in order to make it to Newcastle, England in time to sleep at least a LITTLE before having to help lead the workshop the next day. Fortunately even after hearing "there's nothing else we can do" several times and jumping up the chain of command food chain, "there's ALWAYS a way" prevailed and I arrived victorious (though 10 hrs behind my original scheduled arrival). My secret to lack of jetlag: a "life of chaos" (I kinda hate routines and normality in any and every form... that and the occasional exuberant workaholic marathon--of my own freewill), sheer stubbornness, medallion status, and all carry-on luggage.
