Once again, a terrible leave of abscence... I hope that none of you have had the flu this season but I got hit by a real hum-dinger of one. I had just returned home from a fantastic adventure that I wanted to tell you all about, but quickly had to put that on hold as I only had the energy to do the most basic of work stuff (to you know, keep the lights on and the rent paid). The good news is, I was still able to complete a couple of really fun interviews for Dragon Door and have saved notes from all the stuff I didn't have a chance to write up for you yet (including some super fun workouts).
Since pull-ups and shoulder mobility are inextricably linked, intertwined, and occasionally even inhibit each other, I thought it might be a good idea to have these two videos (and link to Senior

Going to be hitting the road again very soon, and decided that it was as good of an excuse as any to test out the secondary audio recorder I have... it's small and very roadworthy, but I was concerned about sound quality. To my great and happy surprise, it recorded thiswith ease, low noise and at a very nice quality.
