What is GiryaGirl.com all about? Basically it's an information and discussion website abouttraining, fitness, and food topics. A supportive place where ideas and questions can be broached. Look here for a encouraging exploring training, swapping recipes, ideas, and motivation. We will also be hosting interviews and articles by industry professionals, as well as helpful product reviews. From time to time we may even stir up a little controversy with opinion pieces and current exercise trends.
Where GiryaGirl.com Stands on Product Promotion:
We don't use stock photos of people - we keep it real. Adriennedoes most of the writing for this site and personally hand picks and chooses all the products which are advertized or linked within articles and blog posts. It's pretty obvious that Adrienne is absolutely nuts about products, and a glance of her personal bookshelf further reveals that - recently she's even taken to having her books signed by the authors at relevant . The independent eBooks promoted on the left (sometimes they move to the right) of most pages are plans that she's actually followed - likewise they are written by fellow with whom she has met in person or is in regular contact (Josh Hillis is even a regular visitor to the site).
Similarly, the decision to support and promoteproducts was made only after extensive research (and extenstive product consumption - YUM).
Guess what we're trying to say is that Adriennepromotes products through GiryaGirl.com that she likes and personally uses. All the recipes on the site she has either developed herself, or has made many times. The workouts are ones which she has done, or usually has done and also inflicted upon a local group class.
